Atonement there are things that we must do and things that are good to do to partake in the atonement of Yahawah.

• Things we must do

• Affilict our souls ie. you must suffer on this day as Yahawashi suffered when he made the atonement for us. That atonement is fasting either dry fasting or other fasting
• Refrain from all pleasures
• Remember Yahawashi
• Have a holy convocation
• Refrain from all work
• Make peace with our neighbour

• Things that are good to do

• No anointing of yourself ie. no lotion, oil etc
• Debase yourself before Yahawah ie. wear old clothes, remove your jewelry, lay on the floor
• Pray and ask for forgiveness for your sins
• Read and meditate on the word
