The Heathen Year
365 days origin

In addition to this civil calendar, the ancient Egyptians simultaneously maintained a second calendar based upon the phases of the moon.[1]
Egyptian Myth about the 5 extra days

Thoth was able to play dice with the moon and granted Nut five extra calendar days in order for her to give birth to the five children: Osiris, Isis, Seth, Nephthys, and Horus the Elder. I had not previously connected the Egyptian influence with Esau's significant role in altering the laws and times of Yahawah Hamoshiach. This ongoing tradition of distortion continues to the present day. I express gratitude for gaining a clearer understanding of how misinformation from our oppressors has constrained our minds.
